As the ASEAN Work Plan on Securing Communities Against Illicit Drugs 2016–2025 comes to an end, and drug policy agencies of ASEAN member states conduct an internal review of its implementation, civil society organizations that promote responses to drug-related activities that align with international human rights standards in the region present their perspectives on drug policy implementation over the past decade with this report.

The report outlines civil society comments on the strengths and weaknesses in ASEAN member states’ implementation of key components of the ASEAN Work Plan, and their subsequent recommendations.

The report was submitted to the ASEAN review process.
